Divvy is Chicago’s new bike share system. Thousands of bikes are now available to you, 24/7/365, all over Chicago. Pick up a bike from any station and drop it off at any other. Once you’ve purchased an Annual Membership or 24-Hour Pass, all your trips less than 30 minutes in duration (like most bike trips) are free. Trips that last longer than 30 minutes incur additional usage fees. If your trip will last you more than 30 minutes, we recommend docking the bike after your first 30 minutes at any station and checking out another bike for an additional 30 minutes of free riding.
24-Hour Passes are available for purchase for $7 from any Divvy station. You may also redeem the FREE 24-Hour Pass from your Go Bronzeville Go Kit at any station, just enter the code when prompted. A credit or debit card is required to ride Divvy bikes. If you don’t have a debit or credit card, visit bankonchicago.com for low and no-cost options.
Annual memberships are only $75. Sign up online at divvybikes.com/signup. The City of Chicago is working with local organizations toward a solution to offer lower cost membership options as well. You must be 16 years or older to use a Divvy bike.
